Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please also note that returns cannot be made while your order is in transit. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue can.

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for it to make a new item.

European Union 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. You can find out more about this under the menu item: “Right of withdrawal”.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
